Refund policy

1. Returns

We do not accept returns due to customer convenience (e.g., wrong size, different impression) as a general rule. Thank you for your understanding. However, we will accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・The received item has a clear defect.
・The delivered item is different from what was ordered.
If either of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will provide an appropriate solution, such as an exchange or refund.
※ Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
※ We cannot accept returns if the item has been used or if the tags have been removed.


2. Conditions for Return/Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
・The item must be unused and in its original condition.
・All accessories, tags, and packaging must be included.
・When returning the item, please use the original packaging materials as much as possible.
※ Due to hygiene reasons, we may decline returns even if the item was only tried on.


3. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund.
Refunds will be issued via one of the following methods:
・For credit card payments: cancellation or refund processing
・For other payment methods: bank transfer or store credit
※ Refund processing may take approximately 7–14 business days.
※ We cannot compensate for any currency exchange rate differences at the time of refund.


4. Return/Exchange Procedure

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at the address below with the following information:
・Order number (included in the subject line of the order confirmation email)
・Purchaser's name
・Name of the item to be returned or exchanged
・Reason for return or exchange (if the item is defective, please attach a photo showing the issue)

5. Shipping Costs

・For defective or wrongly delivered items: We will cover the return shipping cost.
・For returns due to customer convenience (with prior approval): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Cancellations

Cancellations after an order is confirmed are not accepted as a general rule. However, if the order has not yet been paid, please contact us—cancellation may be possible depending on the situation.


7. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of the reason.
Items must be in the same condition as when received: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.
